Demystifying the Current Drug Shortage Problem in EMS

A recent meeting sponsored by the DHHS, the ASPR, the EMS industry, and attended by other key industry players including the FDA and drug manufacturers/suppliers showed that the problems are due to a diverse manufacturing demand on a production capacity incapable of meeting those demands.
