Static v. Dynamic: A Continuum of Cost
Except it costs money to pay for a station. Skip the station and instead put the money you would have spent on the station and instead pay your providers more AND get more providers out on the street. Fire departments are going to have a hell of a time justifying their wastes in coming years...
